Customer Satisfaction Survey

Federated Broadband, the region's member-owned fiber-optic and fixed wireless internet provider is launching a member satisfaction survey. The initiative is designed to gather direct feedback from our members and customers, both residential and business, across Jackson, Martin, and Cottonwood counties to help guide the cooperative's decision making for future expansions and upgrade and help us improve our overall services.

As a division of a local electric cooperative, Federated Broadband operates on a member-first model. Unlike nation internet service providers, Federated is governed by the people is serves. This survey is a critical tool in our governance, ensuring the "Cooperative Difference" remains at the heart of all that we do. Results of this survey will go on to directly influence decisions of the board of directors and the day-to-day operating practices of the team.

Current Federated Broadband customers, with a contact email address on file, may receive an invitation to complete the survey from the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI ®) from the following email address: noreply@invite.cfigroup.com, the week of February 17.
